It has to do with the Print Spooler interfering with the uninstall\reinstall process. Neither worked.Īfter 2 days of trial and error this is what got them to install. My only options were to install another copy, or update the existing ones. After uninstalling the software\drivers, rebooting, and then attempting to reinstall, I received the message that the drivers were already installed.
